Tasting Notes

Mouthcoating and opulent, but with a lovely spine of acidity. Amazing richness but featherlight freshness: perfect balance, very long. A beautifully drinkable, delicate style, but retaining Condrieu typicity. Slow pressing, no lees stirring, then matured on the fine lees in demi-muids with a very light toast.
