Tasting Notes

A sexy combination of blueberry, blackberry and raspberry fruit in addition to graphite and barbecue spices jumps from the glass of this earthy, soft, medium-bodied 2001. Elegant up-front and seductive with a plushtexture as well as fine depth, it can be enjoyed over the next 10-11 years

Very dark crimson. Sweet and thick and rather Pape Clément like. A much fruitier, more complete drink than most of its peers. Only very very slightly over-oaked.
