Along with the Gruenchers, this is the most elegant wine here with truly stunning mineral-infused aromas of extract of pinot fruit and an understated smoked meat character. The medium weight flavors are pure, fine and edgy with near perfect balance and a precise, intense, beautifully long finish that etches itself into the palate. In short, this is very classy juice.
