Tasting Notes

Complex nose hints at apple, clove, earth, curry powder, oyster shell and creamed corn. Full, strong and quite dry, with a subtle leesy aspect and hints of toast and hazelnut. This really expands in flavor toward the back, showing more density and concentration, and really sticking to the palate, on the finish. Still an infant, and capable of a decade or more of development in bottle.
