(from low-yielding old vines): Full ruby-red. Slightly reduced aromas of blackberry, raspberry and game, with a high-pitched suggestion of cassis leaf. Silky, sappy and broad in the mouth, with intense black fruit flavors joined on the back by licorice and mineral nuances. In a distinctly powerful style, finishing very long and strong, with serious but suave tannins. Really saturates the mouth and titillates the taste buds.
