Tasting Notes

Bright ruby colour with a plump cherry and plum nose layered with a touch of cedar and wood spice. The palate is crunchy and fresh with cherry and blackcurrant fruit. There are sappy, smooth tannins that frame the juicy fruit core through on the plush and fresh finish which has just a touch of spice and earthiness.
