This is also quite elegant with an almost ethereal nose of restrained and exceptionally cool yet ripe red pinot fruit that is laced with notes of wet stone, humus and underbrush. This is almost impressively energetic with a lovely and very clean mouth feel to the middle weight flavors that exude a fine minerality that is akin to chalk, all wrapped in an exuberant and utterly delicious finish. Even though this should age beautifully you just feel like drinking it.
