Chablis Montmains, Domaine François Raveneau 2012

There is a more pronounced floral character to the appealingly spicy aromas of white orchard fruit and mineral reduction scents that also display plenty of Chablis character. There is a refined mouth feel to the detailed, intense and balanced flavors that possess excellent punch on the dry and balanced finale. This should amply reward 5 to 8 years of cellaring.
