Grands Echézeaux, Jean-Marc Millot 2013

A gentle application of wood sets off more elegant aromas of hoisin, soy, lilac and assorted fresh and ripe dark berry scents. There is fine detail and solid power to the delicious and lightly mineral-inflected medium weight flavors that also deliver excellent depth and length on the well-balanced finale. This too is good stuff though I doubt that it will drink as well young.
