A cooler, more restrained and more elegant aromatic array offers up notes of lemon-infused white orchard fruit scents. There is excellent richness but also both fine delineation and minerality to the delicious and more refined flavors that possess a lovely sense of energy on the saline-inflected finish. Lovely stuff.
