Tasting Notes

A notably ripe nose features pretty and curiously cool aromas that speak of earth, the sauvage, cassis, floral and plum aromas that introduce velvety and mouth coating middle weight flavors that are generous yet somehow manage to remain admirably precise on the tension-filled, complex and balanced finish. This harmonious effort is quite serious and will require at least 10 to 12 years to reach its apogee.
