This is also ripe though a bit more classic in its aromatic profile with a pretty and elegant mix of wet stone, spiced pear, green apple and white flower scents. While the medium-bodied flavors are also admirably well concentrated, they are not as powerful as those of the Poruzots, all wrapped in a lemony indeed even racy and intensely mineral-driven finish. This is lovely and I very much like the sense of underlying tension on the saline backend.
