A moderately high-toned nose consists of notes of red cherry, raspberry, spice, rose petal and warm earth nuances with background hints of plum. The richer, bigger and markedly more powerful flavors possess fine mid-palate concentration that despite the extra size and weight is also relatively polished too and particularly so on the sneaky long finish that flashes an interesting hint of dried orange peel.
