Excellent deep red. High-pitched, nutty aromas of berries, lead pencil, chocolate, camphor and shoe polish. Concentrated and backward, with a hint of herbal austerity. Yet this already displays excellent depth of flavor and a pliant texture. Finishes with firm tannins and lingering sweet fruit.
