François Buisson is not as well known as he deserves to be, producing an impressive range of Meursaults, of which this is the pick in 2017. It's leesy, waxy and concentrated, with 20% new wood deftly folded into the wine and floral, sappy notes alongside pear, cinnamon and citrus flavours.
