The 2017 Bourgogne Blanc is also performing very well, and revisiting it from bottle, it's hard to choose between this and the domaine's Aligoté, as both surpass plenty of communal Meursault and Puligny from other producers. Revealing a lovely bouquet of orange oil, green pear, wheat toast and white flowers, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and elegantly textural, with a generous core of expressive fruit underpinned by racy acids. As with the Aligoté, while it will be approachable on release, this cuvée reliably rewards bottle age.
