Tasting Notes

A very, very fresh summer, not wet but cold, says Pierre Clape. Autumnal on the nose now, fallen leaves and whiffs of charcuterie. It's a medium-bodied vintage with a fresh character. Acidity is high, and the tannins are tight. A focussed and direct style of Cornas, not the longest on the finish, but certainly authentic.
