Tasting Notes

One third has been matured in new wood, with 15% whole bunch vinification. Energetic purple, with a lively fruit. Certainly there is plenty of fresh red fruit up front, strawberry and light raspberry, a little bit drier on the palate with quite good length. Refreshing. Drink from 2024-2028.
