Tasting Notes

The 2021 Chassagne-Montrachet Les Perclos, which has just been racked, has a light chalky, Cornice pear scented bouquet that opens nicely in the glass. The palate is well balanced with a dab of sour lemon on the entry, taut and maybe just a little lean on the lime and pear-tinged finish. Fine.
