Tasting Notes

A ripe ruby hue, the 2021 Pinot Noir Trout Gulch takes on a spicier profile, with pure cherry, cinnamon, crushed stones, and pine. Taking on a linear feel, this medium-bodied red reveals high-toned notes of ripe pomegranate, fresh orange peel, and spices. Energetic and well detailed, give it another year and drink 2024-2040.
