Tasting Notes

This is the sans soufre bottling and has a wildly spicy nose with sweet peppery notes and a more floral edge. Dark purple stone fruits and smoky nuances, too. The palate is open-knit with dark chocolate, dark cherry/plum flavors and an extremely long, effortless palate. Drink now.
