A discreet application of wood sets off more elegant and slightly riper aromas of citrus confit, acacia blossom and white peach. The succulent, even opulent, yet agreeably punchy medium-bodied flavors possess both good richness and minerality on the clean and dry finish where a touch of oak also slowly emerges. This could also be enjoyed young but should repay a few years of keeping.
