Gevrey Petite Chapelle, Domaine Rossignol-Trapet 2013

Tasting Notes

This is slightly more elegant with its restrained nose of admirably pure essence of dark currant, pomegranate, rose petal and discreet spice and herbal tea nuances that are trimmed in subtle wood notes. There is ample minerality and plenty of punch to the middle weight and beautifully delineated flavors that possess excellent persistence on the moderately austere, mouth coating and more well-balanced finale. Note: also from young vines planted in 1986
