John Seccombe is not given to exaggeration, so when he tells you that 2025 is a “very, very good year”, you know you can believe him. This is a greater Swartland blend of different Chenin Blanc components from the Paardeberg and Malmesbury, using grapes from vines planted between 1971 and 1983. Showing some flinty reduction, it’s a low-intervention style with beeswax, fennel, citrus and juniper flavours and a mouth-watering finish. 2027-32
