Tasting Notes

Citric and herbal as well, with some white flowers, sauco flower and membrillo. The palate is textural and appealing with a saline element, chalky tannins and a structured, aromatic, multi-dimensional white. This is macerated on the skins for around 3/4 days. Drink or hold
