Also not bottled. Two newer barrels from the Tronçais forest and entirely vinified with whole bunches. Darker in colour, with a beautifully heady nose, deeply darkly floral, peonies not roses, excellent detail. The 2019 Grands Echezeaux seems to be very harmonious, long, saline touch alongside the long sweet red fruit.
