Bottled in June 2025, Bonneau du Martray's 2023 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru has turned out beautifully, wafting from the glass with aromas of crisp orchard fruits, clear honey, buttery pastry and toasted nuts. Full-bodied, ample and fleshy, it's dense and layered, with a satiny attack that segues into a multidimensional mid-palate animated by tangy acids, concluding with a chalky finish.
