Aromas recalling dog rose, hay and cedar shape the nose. All about finesse, the polished palate is almost ethereal but also savory, showing tart red cherry, pomegranate and baking spice closing on notes of star anise and saline. Gossamer tannins provide seamless support. Drink through 2028.
Verduno. Just mid ruby. quite a gorgeous earthy minerally raspberry nose with dark-spice touches. An elegant raspberry and cherry palate with a thick layer of sandy tannins. Not enormously concentrated but with captivating elegance. 2022-2028
