Tasting Notes

Serralunga d'Alba. Cask sample. Mid ruby. Chalky mineral notes mingling with rich raspberry fruit and a hint of liquorice. Lots of juice and concentrated raspberry fruit but not heavy. Minerally notes with tactile crunchy tannins on a phenomenally long aromatic finish. 2026-2036.
