Tasting Notes

Still very young, this unusually elegant dry muscat has fantastic interplay of salty minerality and restrained richness. Great concentration and extremely fine tannins on the texturally complex, medium-bodied palate. Very long finish with a positive hint of bitterness. Really needs some time in the bottle. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drinkable now, but best from 2027.
