The NV Brut Rosé is a serious but also very versatile Rosé. Cranberry, spice, dried rose petal and mint grace this understated, resonant Rosé. This Pinot Noir-based Rosé fleshes out beautifully with a bit of time in the glass. A small touch (4.5%) of still Pinot rounds out blend. This release is based on 2020. Dosage is 8 grams per liter. Disgorged: August 2023.
