Tasting Notes

Bottled yesterday. A glowing energetic purple, a little blackcurrant leaf reduction, but there is energy behind. Brisk fresh cherries wrapped in a little oak, these may be early days but the 2023 Fixin is very promising. The tannins are fine this year. Drink from 2026-2030.
