Tasting Notes

Clear pale lemon. The bouquet is ravishingly fresh, with an almost Chablisian steeliness. Looking forward to tasting this. Not especially full-bodied but wonderful pure, with a crystalline finish. And just when you think that it might be on the approachable side, the finish kicks on. Very fine. Tasted Jul 2021.
