5/25/10% sauvignon blanc/semillon/muscadelle. Often nervy and tight on release, this is taut, linear and refreshingly dry. It does open up to reveal its savouriness, although there's a touch of lemon meringue pie, without the sweetness of course. It's mouth-watering, complex, compelling and unique.
