30% whole clusters. There is good freshness to the unusually lacy and airy nose of red berry fruit, earth and a hint of game that complements well the vibrant, supple and round medium weight plus flavors that possess relatively sophisticated tannins though here there is a slight leanness to the finish and it's not clear why since this seems phenolically ripe. I'm extending the benefit of the doubt that this will flesh out with a decade of bottle age. (Drink starting 2018)
