A super-fresh and wonderfully spicy nose that displays notes of plum, rose petal and a hint of crushed fennel. There is again very good volume and mid-palate density to the precise, stony and powerful flavors that could also use a bit more depth on the even more structured finale. This robust effort will need time in bottle. Note: from a small parcel that produces on average only two barrels or approximately 600 bottles annually Drink: 2033+
