Tasting Notes

The red 2023 Ploussard Le Grapiot is the ripest of the 2023 Ploussards and reached 12% alcohol. It reveals some notes of cherry pit, dry rose petals and an earthy touch. The plot is on a geological fault with a mixture of soils from both Lias and Trias. It was bottled in August 2024. 2025 - 2031
