Tasting Notes

The 2023 Ploussard Viandris feels a little more reductive, with notes of gun powder and toasted sesame seeds. It has a light- to medium-bodied palate with 12.5% alcohol and a tender mouthfeel. It comes from the family's oldest vines on a plot with gray marl soils and a northern exposure, a cooler and wetter place. 1,163 bottles were filled in August 2024. 2025 - 2031
