As one would reasonably expect, this is aromatically quite similar to the regular cuvée though interesting, here there is a bit more floral influence and the wood treatment slightly more prominent. The seductive, velvet-textured and equally full-bodied flavors possess slightly better mid-palate density while delivering even better length on the bitter cherry pit-inflected finish where the supporting tannic spine is firmer still. This is stylish and classy and should make terrific old bones. (Drink starting 2034)
