Thibaud has purchased the grapes in Le Rognet in 2019 and ‘20 and would love to get involve in the vineyard hereafter. He chose the harvest date, the last to be picked at 13.8%. He has used 40% whole bunches and one new barrel in the four. Glowing purple, the nose is quiet, but seems quite classy. This is really very good with delicious dark raspberry fruit, sweetly balanced, enough acidity and grand cru persistence. A useful addition to the range, a step en route to the Clos Vougeot.
