Gorgeous dense purple with an explosive ripe fruit nose, deep red with even some blacker hints. If this is Bourgogne Rouge what on earth will we get later !! medium full succulence, a few grainy tannins behind but wonderful length.
Extreme dark-cherry purity. Tight and dry and chalky. Bourgogne de luxe! Such fine tannins with a lovely dry dark-fruit finish. Dark, sober elegant aftertaste. Real finesse for a Bourgogne.
