Tasting Notes

Wonderfully ripe, with a well-focused beam of raspberry coulis, currant preserve and cherry paste flavors coursing atop a refined chalky spine. Light anise, violet and black tea notes weave in and out on the long finish. Lovely cut. Best from 2023 through 2035.
