A fresh, vibrant, floral expression of Les Granits this year. It’s fairly full-bodied for this wine, but with surprisingly good acidity. It’s vibrant, with good salty extract. Very impressive this year, it has real intensity, great length and impact. This was the first vineyard to be harvested, on 29 August 2024. Up to 20% fermented and aged in foudres; the rest in demi-muids, 10% new. (Drink between 2026-2038)
