Tasting Notes

The home estate of renowned winemaking consultant Stéphane Derenoncourt, this blend of 60% merlot, 25% cabernet Franc, and 15% Cab Sauv experiences all the Derenoncourt winemaking techniques (extended maceration, cap punching, malolactic in barrel, aging on its less and no fining or filteration). The result is a pretty, textured, burgundian-styled red with tremendous perfume, opulence and richness. At the same time, it is elegant and medium-bodied, with pure fruit as well as presence. Enjoy it over the next 5-7 years
