Tasting Notes

The 2021 Côtes Du Rhône brings more structure but has similar wild dark fruits, pepper, game, and iron notes in a medium-bodied package. It too is delicious.

The firm acidity and tannins are a touch rough-and-ready here. A little leaner than in recent years, but still with that classic Clape structure, if not terribly long on the finish.
