The 2021 Syrah comes from four different parcels, each handled differently in terms of whole bunch and fermentation vessel. It has a lovely nose with brambly red fruit, wilted rose petal and hints of brown spice, well defined and focused. The palate has quite a lively, tensile opening with noticeable acidity. Slightly powdery in texture, with white pepper lingering on the aftertaste, this is perfect to drink now. Superb. (Drink between 2024-2032)
