Pale in colour, the nose is really quite elegant here, more volume than expected on the palate yet backed by an attractively crisp finish with good persistence.
Tank sample. Chalky/stony citrus. Very high acidity – a little too tart for balance but it is super-pure and might appeal to acid lovers, especially with food. The gently creamy texture helps to bring balance.
