The single-vineyard 2024 Finca Dofí was produced exclusively with Garnacha this year, with a native fermentation with 43 days of maceration. It is currently in oval foudres and large barrels, where they expect it to age for around 14 months. The wine comes in at 14.35% alcohol, with a pH of 3.53 and 4.92 grams of acidity. It follows the path of elegance and refinement from the last few years with a nose of violet pastille, with a little more weight, color and volume, a very complete year with very fine-grained tannins. It's harmonious and balanced, with a chalky sensation in the finish. They expect around 33,000 bottles that should not be bottled until 2026. 2027 - 2040
