A much spicier and more floral nose combines aromas of lavender, violet and exotic tea with those of black currant and poached plum. The lacy, delineated and more mineral-driven flavors are also delicate while retaining excellent punch and drive on the balanced, firm and classy finale. This is classic Caillerets that should also amply repay extended keeping. Drink: 2034+
