Tasting Notes

Deep crimson. Deep, rich and complex. Dark cherry, blood orange, saline hints and just a suggestion of rosemary and nutmeg and morocco leather. Lush sour cherry, raspberry and forest fruit with just a hint of oak and layered with grainy tannins. And while it has a certain richness to it, it is not heavy on the palate at all. Drink: 2024-2030
